Chrysanthemum Tea

Chrysanthemums are those angiosperms originating in East Asia. The flowers of this family of plants varies in color, but they are easily digestable and leaves gets plucked from those plants to make the relinquishing Chrysanthemum Tea.The Chrysanthemum tea has a floral scent alongside with a slightly sweet flavor.Traditionally used as the herbal medicine in the East, the drink contains anti-provocative properties.

Procedure for making Chrysanthemum Tea at home

1.Boil water at 90 degree temperature

2.Pour the warm water into the teapot

3.Add 4 to 5 flower buds for a cup of 4

4.Allow it to boil for at least 4 minutes. The more you brew, the stronger will be the color as well as the taste.

5. Use the strainer to pour the drink into the tea cups.

6.You can add sugar or honey as per your taste.
