Herbal teas have some extra benefits!!

A study found out that 500mg of curcumin per day helps in treating symptoms like arthritis.
  • Peppermint– Helps in relaxing digestive system, thereby, reducing severity of nausea, vomiting. The menthol present in peppermint also acts as a muscle relaxant, allowing a person minimize physical manifestations of stress and anxiety. Menthol boosts alertness, concentration, thereby, stimulating brain’s hippocampus.
